Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We only collect information you actively give us. That means the name, email address, phone number and message you enter into our contact form, and the email address you enter if you subscribe to our newsletter.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To send occasional updates, if you subscribed to them.
• To improve our menu, branches and service.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate this website (for example an email delivery provider) or where required by law.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. This is used only in aggregate and is never used to identify individuals.

Location

Our branch finder can sort branches by distance from you. This is strictly optional, your browser will always ask permission first, and your coordinates are used only in your browser — they are never sent to us or stored.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at hello@desichai.com.np.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
